Polyamid
Polyamid is a synthetic monofilament non absorbable sterile surgical suture made from a copolymer of Polyamide 6 and Polyamide 6/6. The suture is available in a wide variety of length – diameter combinations attached to high quality medical grade stainless steel of different sizes and types.
Polyamid sterile surgical sutures are manufactured according to the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia for sterile Polyamide 6 sutures and with the essential requirements of the directive 93/42/EEC.
